Design Process for Prototype Sample and Production

Getting Started
Once we receive your product specification such as – tech pack, detail sketch, design & measurement, fabric construction & color, or even reference sample, we will discuss options and the overall procedure. A $5000.00 deposit/retainer is required for sample prototype cost of development, transportation, handling, and duty. Tech Pack needs to be as specific as you want your sample. 
*Accessories, Packaging, and Label Tech packs also need to be supplied.

Design Developments
We will source and develop prototype approval samples. Once you make corrections and supply orders for production, we will make a final production sample for your approval. All costs are based on the F.O.B factory. My Project development cost will be included in the F.O.B factory cost. All these costs are quoted to the best of our ability before the prototype sample is developed. All changes after the original quote will need to be adjusted to requirements.
Please be aware of the prototype is highly technical and the cost of production of the prototype sample is the responsibility of the client and more cash reserve may be needed. All costs will be quoted to a client before prototype production started. After your approval, along with grading and requisite size ranges, we will begin your production. We will develop prototype approval samples. Once you make corrections and supply orders for production, we will make a final production sample for your approval.

Lead Time
Our vertically- integrated production facilities enable us to maximize your business opportunities. For example, we can offer locally sourced fabrics lead times from just 30 days. For production using custom fabric, lead times can vary from 60 to 120 days depending on the final fabric selection.

We have established long-term relationships with top factories located in the USA, India, Mexico, China, Peru, and Canada. We have pre-allocated production space in all our factories, so it's easy for us to execute all our orders on time. The on-the-spot presence of our technical and quality assurance team ensures the smooth running of orders--achieving high-quality and on-time orders.

Beginning of Order Execution
Once the Letter of Credit, or 50% deposit, is received, we purchase the required fabric or yarn to make a required sample for approval. This sample will be made to exact customer specifications in design and fabric. Upon approval, we will start manufacturing the product.

Order Execution
We closely monitor the orders at all stages from sampling to shipment. This includes critical path information, which highlights the progress of the order from placement through shipment arrival. The process is seamless, requiring no special attention from the customer side until the goods arrive at the agreed port or destination.
